Alcohol |  We have a specified bar area in the reception room. You are limited to serve wine and beer. You are welcome to provide your own Washington State licensed bartender. We will need a copy of their current Wa. State license. Alcohol is to be served from behind the bar. Clients must purchase a $10 liquor license, at for the day of the event, per WA State Law. Due to safety concerns, alcohol may not be served past 9:30 pm. We strongly encourage your guests to have designated drivers. We also can hire and schedule bartenders for your event at an additional cost. Payment of $150/4hrs is due 30 days before your event.

Catering | Full service outside catering of your choice is welcome. A copy of your caterers license is required. All vendors are asked to set up and clean up during rental hours. We welcome your vendor for tours of the site by appointment.

You may also bring your own food such as a potluck.

Event Insurance | Event Insurance is required to be on file. Contact your homeowners or renters insurance, for a “one day event” for coverage of a 1 million dollar policy, (it’s a minimal cost).
